Membership privacy notice
EICTA uses your contact, professional and application details, including an optional profile picture to assess and administer your membership. Records are stored in the association’s database and a restricted Google Sheets membership register, accessible to authorised administrators. Account passwords are stored as hashes and are never copied to Google Sheets. Newsletter updates are optional.
We retain application and membership records while needed for association administration and follow-up. You may request access, corrections or deletion by contacting admin@eictafrica.org. We do not ask for identity numbers, payment details or identity-document uploads in this form.
